Newsweek has published an informative and easy to read article on gene therapy as treatments for brain diseases. The article focuses on the efforts and passion of one scientist in particular, Guangping Gao, from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Guanping Gao has been a strong supporter of our gene therapy efforts at RSRT providing advice and direction. This past November he attended a meeting of all RSRT-funded researchers and facilitated the session of gene therapy talks. We look forward to continued interactions.
